Unable to see details of my order or contact from partners.

Hi, I ordered my home internet to my new apartment on the 11th June, up until last week I was able to check the order status online, however I am now unable to access that information. When I try to login it doesn’t recognise the details I created or if I follow the staus link in the email it says that Login is currently not possible. I am not sure what is happening?

My internet is supposed to be activated on the 2nd July, I have not recieved my router nor had any company contact for the connection.

Any ideas?

The link only works for the initial setup. Since you aren't a customer yet, the contract association is missing. The router should arrive by Wednesday.

If your online access is no longer working, there could be many different reasons. In some cases, this may cause a delay in activation.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer data, as you cannot yet be logged in with a contract.
