Hello,

I have made a request for moving my DSL to my new house. It still shows the message that it can take to 48 hours to process. But I made this request 3-4 days ago. What should I do? Should I wait a little more to finish this process or what do you suggest anything other than this?

Hello @o2_Giulia ,

My process has still not confirmed yet. I have called the hotline a bunch of times but it is not answered. Can you please help me? I have to move my new house at 30.05.2021. And I need the Internet as soon as possible. I have requested this approximately 10 days ago. Still it shows same message.
