Two weeks passed - Landline number not activated.

I have ordered a DSL connection starting from 1st of August. Due to some techinical issues, the Internet connection was activated two days later. But, the given landline number was not yet activated. When ever I tried to call it, the automated voice says that the number was not assigned yet. When will it be activated?? Will O2 charge the whole amount eventhough the telephone is not activated?

    Hi @Zuzubi,

    did you do a factory reset after the problem was fixed? Usually the landline number works immediately after the internet is activated.
