Good day, dear O2 Suppor Team,
I have ordered O2 Home XL Flex. So far I have already received a router (rented one) and connected it to the Data port. The activation date was on 04th if May, however I still have no connection. On website the present status of my order is on the Step 5 (in Arbeit). I have checked FritzBox control panel and it says "Connecting". The power LED keeps constantly flashing and never turns solid.
Can you please check from your side if everything is OK with an activation progress?? Is there a service engineer attendance maybe required?
Presently I have no way to call to Service Support phone number so this community is the only place where I can get some support. Please send me Private Message if any personal data needed.
