The first (and last) bill is higher than expected


Hello everyone,

 

a month ago I subscribed to a 24-month contract choosing the O2 My Home M tariff. Speed is ok, and I have nothing to complain really (apart from the fact that every night at 1 O'clock it disconnects, without a reason).

The only problem is with the bill. 
I had the chance to subscribe to the very convenient offer of 10euros/month for the first year, without any cost of activation of the line.
Since I have a Huawei wifi router I did not buy the router of O2, and so the bill should have been ONLY 10 euros this month.

 



Sadly I see that the Rechnung is 17,13 euros and I don't know why, because it's not clearly specified in the bill.

 

 

Does anyone know why this happens? Should I have done something that I forgot to do?

Please look on page 2 of the invoice, there are all calculated and discounted items listed ... which exactly do you think is incorrect compared to your order confirmation?

The disconnect at 1am happens because o2 resets the connection every 24 hours. There may be a setting in your router to change the time this happens.

I did expect 7,14 euros less in the total 
(i.e. 7.17 euros more in the discount, because those were the conditions stated in the contract and advertised on the website)

are you actually serious? 
If the bill is not for a full month length, then the price (25,71 euros) should also be proportionally scaled and in the end, I should pay 10 euros or less.
Yes, the conditions are in the contract (same as the activation price that is, in fact, discounted)
