Termination of Sim card and DSL contract because of leaving Germany

Hi,

I am leaving Germany this month. how can we terminate my O2 simcard and DSL contracts. Please send any service number or email for termination of contracts

    For DSL: 
     

    Please note that each contract must be cancelled separately.
