Hello,

 

   I moved abroad and before leaving I cancelled my contract over the website.

They sent me an email saying that they would process my termination. I’s been two months, they haven’ttold me anything and I’m still paying.

 

What do I have to do?

thank you for getting in touch and asking. I checked immediately to see that your cancellation had been processed and the connection deactivated as of 26.12.24. You should also have received confirmation of this by e-mail.
