Since I couldn’t solve problem I have with you comapny, this is my last chance to figure out what is going on.
February 27th I signed up for home Internet. I made an appointment for March 18th, but technicians didn’t show up. After that I made another appointment for March 22nd, but technicians didn’t show up again. My question is: if the company can’t provide their services anymore, why the company even exists?
As a costumer I am frustrated, as an engineer I am shocked and disappointed how poor your costumer service is.
How many times I have to make an appointment and wait untill sombody decides to come? Because, you know, I don’t have life, I have a plenty of time just for O2.
