Since I couldn’t solve problem I have with you comapny, this is my last chance to figure out what is going on.
February 27th I signed up for home Internet. I made an appointment for March 18th, but technicians didn’t show up. After that I made another appointment for March 22nd, but technicians didn’t show up again. My question is: if the company can’t provide their services anymore, why the company even exists?
As a costumer I am frustrated, as an engineer I am shocked and disappointed how poor your costumer service is.
How many times I have to make an appointment and wait untill sombody decides to come? Because, you know, I don’t have life, I have a plenty of time just for O2.

Have you already contacted the English-speaking o2 hotline to make another appointment (+49 89 6666 3 0081)?
The technicians who activate a landline are not from o2/Telefonica, but are usually contracted by Telekom. Have you ordered hardware (router) for the contract? If so, has it already arrived?

I am sorry that you are having problems with the activation of your internet connection and that the technician didn’t turn up.
Is it a normal DSL (over the telefone line) or a cable connection? If you have already connected your router, do you get any error messages? Often, the DSL line is being activated remotely.
