Technical Issue with my Homebox

Hi ,

My Homebox is faulty, how do i get it replaced?

@baljotkhehra Please Call for this the English speaking hotline for a new one.
Don‘t forget to send back the faulty router over the o2 dsl Return portal. If you don’t make this, you must pay a fine for the old router.

What exactly is wrong with your homebox? Maybe a replacement is not necessary.
