Tariff upgrade


Hello

 

I'm a customer on the DSL Home M (currently 50mbps) plan and I'd like to upgrade to the 250mbps (Home L) plan. The availability page says the plan is available for my address. I have a Homebox 2 at the moment (rented from O2).

How can I proceed with the upgrade?

The HomeBox 2 is not compatible with the 250 Mbit/s. If you want to, you can change the router for rent to a new one.

We have : 

  • HomeBox 3 for 3,99€/month
  • AVM FRITZ!Box 7590 AX for 6,99€/month

A one-time setup fee of €49.99 plus €9.99 for shipping will be charged for the router. Is that okay for you, or would you rather get your own router?
Do you want to stay with the monthly cancelable tariff or is a 24-month contract extension including new discounts more attractive for you?

I have sent an offer by email to you with a new Homebox 3. Please mind, that you have to send to old one back to us over our return portal, when you changed the tarriff and have the new one in use.

If you would like to accept my offer, please confirm the offer on the landing page, you can take a close look at it there and then confirm it. The order will only be executed for you once you have confirmed it. After 8 days, the order will be automatically deleted if you do not accept it.
In accordance with the Transparency Ordinance, I would like to refer you to our product information sheets, which you can download at www.o2.de/produktinformationsblatt. There you will find all the product details. There you will find all product details listed again (without discounts).
