Hallo,
I recently took over a DSL contract (Home Flex L) from my previous tenant. Unfortunately I don’t have the PKK needed to sign up for a new account under my name.
Is it possible to send me the PKK via mail/post? I have the landline number for confirmation. I got a letter from O2 saying that the contract takeover is successful. but in the letter there’s no PKK and no contract number. Help please!
Danke dir!
Edit o2_Lars: Merged with existing thread.
Hello @lin_lin,
I merged your two threads here so answers are not spread over several threads :-)
In the process of taking ownershop from another person you should be guided step by step via our online portal. As far as I remember, one of this steps includes setting up a Kundenkennzahl for yourself.
I informed our colleagues so they will send out this number to you and you willrecieve it within a few days via postal mail.
In order to register your DSL account please log out of our community first or register using an inkognito window in your browser :-)
Regards,
Lars
Hi @o2_Lars ! Thanks for looking into this issue.
I requested for PKK to be sent to my address a week ago but still not received anything. Must the name on the mailbox match the old contract owners' names or mine?
I have already changed the names on the apartment building and my letterbox to match mine…
Hi @lin_lin
Could you give a brief update?
Did you receive the letter with the “persönliche Kundenkennzahl” ?
I have already changed the names on the apartment building and my letterbox to match mine…
Yes, its only possible to sent the letter your address, not to the old owners address, and it is important, that the contact owners name and the name on the letterbox are matching.
Best Regards Matze
Hi @o2_Matze , nein, I did not receive any letter with the persönliche Kundenkennzahl.
By way of clarification, the name on my letter box is my last name. It matches the contract owner (me)’s name.
Can I direct message you? I have still not received the letter since I last posted here.
@lin_lin
Please sent us your Name, Date of birth, address and o2 customer account number via private message to our @o2_Support User.
Then we will take a closer look why you haven’t received the “persönliche Kundenkennzahl” and will sent it again to your place.
Best Regards Matze
@o2_Matze I have direct messaged @o2_Support, thank you!
Hi @lin_lin
Thank you for you message.
We will try a second time to sent you the Kundenkennzahl by post, this time with the additional address Info you told us.
I am sure this time everything will work fine.
Best Regards Matze
Thank you, @o2_Matze, have a good day ahead!
