@MyNewUsername  did you have an o2 Homebox Router, which must return to o2?

Hi @MyNewUsername,

you can request your cancellation online. Please go here

But you should hurry up. The last possible cancellation date is today if you want to finish the contract by the end of June.

Greetings

The last possible cancellation date is today if you want to finish the contract by the end of June.

That is not correct. Tariffs without a minimum contract period ("Flex Contract") have a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of a calendar month. See o2 AGB.
A cancellation would therefore have to be received by o2 by 01.06.2020 in order to take effect on 30.06.2020.

The contractual regulations are not invalidated by a wrong display in "Mein o2" or by incorrect statements by o2 moderators.

Hello @MyNewUsername,

as far as I can see you already recieved a lot of information. Since you have a Flex contract canceling it will take place within four weeks, if you are using a router from us, be it as a rental model or given to you for the duration of the contract you can send it back to us free of charge using our DSL logistics portal.

If there are stil open questions feel free to ask, we will answer as soon as possible :-)

Regards,

Lars
