Hello,

I had this month o2 internet with 50 Mbps connection and o2 HomeBox 2 but the internet is so slow and could not work with this. So could you please help me to fix this.

Our o2 my service app * can support you with connection problems. With the app you can check the connection or your hardware for errors,

if the app cannot fix the error, the app generates a process /ticket number, with which you can report to the hotline**, where the colleagues from tec department will create a trouble ticket.

thank you for your answer. I tried with the app but it showed me no issue with the bandwidth to be recorded. But the problem is with the Homebox router itself as the WLAN connetion keeps breaking off so often and this would effect my work as I am doing homeoffice. I had before other router with the same speed and it works much better for me than HomeBox and it was also faster. So I want to ask you if you could replace  HomeOffice with Fritzbox router or return back the HomeBox i ordered.

please excuse the late answer.

If you want to send back the o2 Homebox you can do so free of charge with our Router Logistics Portal. You can use any router that you like as long as it supports VDSL vectoring. I recommend not to use any provider  devices like Homebox, Easybox or  Speedport router since they may only work with reduced functionallity or not at all if not connected to the DSL connection that theese devices are supposed to.

You can rent a Friztbox from us with one of our o2 my Home L or XL tariffs, in our smaller tariffs we only offer the o2 Homebox.
