Slow and unreliable internet connection on XXL cable contract

We recently moved to a another apartment and opted for a cable XXL connection that promises a speed upto 1000 Mbit/s and an average of at least 300 Mbit/s. The new internet connection is very unreliable and slow, which impedes with our work. There are times in a day when it becomes impossible to work or take a video call as the speed averages around 1 Mbit/s. Often times we found the Wifi on 2.4 GHz to be comparatively reliable to the one on 5 GHz frequency - but even on 2.4 GHz the speed and connection reliability is questionable.
I have attached some screenshots here of the internet speed test, which was calculated with the Ethernet cable directly plugged into the router. I would accept not getting a speed of 1000 Mbit/s but would at least expect a reliable internet connection without drop-outs. When I execute a continuous stream of ping, there’s often 20 to 25% packet loss. I tried changing the Wifi channel from automatic to manual for both 2.4 and 5 GHz, which helps with the reliability, though only for a short span.
I have observed the internet to be better at night (averaging around 500 Mbit/s) between 20:00 to 22:00, but that’s of no use to us as our primary use of internet is for work.
We used the “o2 my service app” and it created a case with number: 578 267 for us, but when we try calling the number - I just can’t get to talk to anyone. I was on the call for about 30 min yesterday and for about 20 min today - nothing happened.
Posting this thread here to see if someone could help us. We have rented FritzBox 6660 cable directly from o2.

Both were taken through the Wifi connection with both client and router in the same room, next to each other, but the results are no different when done via an Ethernet cable.

@kishdiv First to the positive. The Fritzbox doesn't show any major errors in the cable connection. The fact that you have speed problems during the day and certainly also in the evening is certainly due to the utilization of the cable segment. Unfortunately, cable is a shared medium. If you don't want to have such difficulties, I recommend VDSL. doesn't that work for you? And the speed test happened with a company notebook? I see a Zscaler proxy.

I am sorry that you are facing these performance problems with your cable connection. Our technical department has not found any problems on the line in the first approach. If you are still having speed problems and interruptions please call the technical support again.

@Joe Doe Thanks for the help. Sadly max speed over VDSL where we live is only 16Mbit/s which is too slow for this day and age. We reported a technical problem with O2 and seems like the connection was refreshed from O2’s end which seems to have bought us some relief. But strangely today for some reason I found the number of non-correctable error on all the channel to be quite high - is this something I should be concerned off and open a tech support ticket again?

@kishdiv Too many uncorrected errors. That will affect the performance. Will also be your problem with the speed drops / ping problems. How long has the Fritzbox been on? so that you get a feeling of the period in which the errors occurred. My tip. Two hours before you start, unplug the Fritzbox for a minute and then check performance/errors. I'm afraid a ticket has to be created here.
@Joe Doe Thanks again for your help. The fritz box has been switched on for more than a week. Though the ticket that we created was closed, i’ll reach out to the tech support and see if they can open another ticket or reopen the one that was created before.
