sim card not working

I recently received a sim card for my o2 homespot and have activated (and received a confirmation text from o2 that is has been activated) and for some reason the LTE red light is still blinking on the router and I have no internet access. I have restarted the device about 10 times, have removed and reinserted the sim card, pressed the reset button on the router, have called to activate the card again and it says that it is already activated. So I don't know what to do.

I managed to figure it out this morning by calling O2. Thank you for your response!

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Have you already tried the simcard in a normal phone, does it work in that case or do you have the same connectivity issues as you had before when you used it in the HomeSpot router?

If you want to, you can tell us, what exactly helped in your case. 

Maybe the SIM PIN had to be deactivated via o2.spot?
