It has been 15 days and I have not received my sim-card. The message came on 17th January that it has been given to Deutsche post. Very poor customer service from O2. Please help me and tell me what should I do. My order number WSFC39444117. Please check. Or cancel my contract if sim can not be delivered. This type of service is unacceptable.
