Hello,

 

Yesterday was the first activation date (After 1 month appx. since the order date), the technician said the internet will work within 2 hours maximum, but it didn’t work.

Today I was giving a second appointment in Dec. 19, which is within 11 days from now, I am doing homeoffice and I need the Internet at home as soon as possible. Is it possible to get an earlier appointment?

 

It's not possible.

As Bollermann says an earlier date is not possible. We asked for an earlier date with the 15th, and the line owner gave us the 19th as the earliest possible date for a new appointment.

@o2_Sven Unfortunately the issue was not solved yet. The technician came today and said it will be activated in 15 minutes right after the router reboot and catch the data, but it is not the case. For the 15 minutes he could’t wait to make sure everything is working properly. I am feeling really frustrated.

Have you already spoken to our technical department so that they can take a look at the system and fix the error?

Does your internet work in the meantime?
