Hi,

Due to a move abroad, I cancelled my o2 internet subscription, and returned my router via DHL as requested (Nummer xxxxx0967). DHL confirmed delivery on February 13th. I'm now being invoiced a penalty for not returning equipment. Could you please advise what information is needed to correct this?

I was happy to check the status of your return, the fees have already been credited and the amount will be transferred back to your account. Perhaps you have already received the refund?
