Team, I want to change my DSL location from my current location to new location.

 

Where shall i can provide my full details? is there any charge for move location?

Hello @Vignesh1436, 

if you want to move and take your DSL connection with you, there are several possible ways to do say. Here you will find further information for changing the DSL address.

You can also change the phone number that you want to be used in case of contact, you can do so by change it in our onlineportal under Mein o2.

There you should also find the current state of your order to move the DSL connection to a new address :-)

I have contacted the customer service by last week but i didnt get any confirmation mail or link from your colleague. Could you please help me? Also, I have changed my mobile number.
