Hello,

 

Recently I ended my contract with O2 and returned my router, but the router return status is still not updated to received. The DHL tracking number shows the return is successful but O2 status is not updated and I received the email from O2 the router is still not received. Last date to receive the router was 14.10.2022. DHL status shows the package was delivered to O2 on 11.10.2022. Please help as I dont want myself to be charged for the router. Below are my details.

Sendungsnummer: 8463551XXXXX

Welcome to our o2 Community. No need to worry. 

Our colleagues in logistics department always need about two weeks until the goods are correctly entered in the system.

Please help as I dont want myself to be charged for the router

Don't worry, that won't happen. You have at least six weeks to sent in the rented hardware after contract cancellation before you are charged.

So you are perfectly on time.
