Hello,
I signed a contact with o2 in April, and the technecian couldn’t fix the connection in the Apartment. I kep calling the company for 2 months and they kept saying they will send another technecian. Until I without any prior notice knew that the contract was cancelled.
I called the CS and they apologized and renewed the contract again and the internet was fixed in 29 June 2022.
After two months I was charged 107 Euros for not returning the router. I asked and they said sorry the new colleague made the contract didn’t include a router in your new contract, so you have to pay. and I paid.
2 days later, I got an email asking me to return the router that I already paid for!!! I contacted the CS the lady said you have to return the router!
I really need help with this!
