Router Return (Money back)

Hello,

 

I return the router when I finished the Cable internet with O2, they charged me 77,93€ anyways. I complained the situation by chat and they sent me an email confirming they started the process on 30 June and they will send me back the money. 3rd September and no money received.

I have checked your data. The payout was made on June 30 th 2026. Sometimes it takes a bit longer until the money arrives.

Please take a look at your bank account if there is a payment about 77,93 EUR within the next days.

Hello,

 

We are on 16/09 and still not seeing any payment from O2 after returning the Router. It has been more than 2 months. 

 

Could you, please, check if there is any problem with the payment? Did you send the money to the bank account that I use to pay the bills?

The bank account from which we debit the bills are your bank details which we have, ​@Victor AC, and where we made the payout, ​@Victor AC.
