Hello, I am having trouble returning the router. According to the meine aok website, I have to enter a serial number, but my router has no serial number on the back label. what should I do? on top of that I can't call the hotline as I don't speak German.

Your statement is contradictory. There is no equipment with this model designation. The o2 Homespot 2 (Askey) is a rental device and does not support 5G. The o2 Homespot 5G (Askey) is a purchased device. Purchased devices cannot be returned via the portal for rental devices.
For a device that you have purchased and is still within the cancellation period (“Widerrufsfrist”), click on the button located at the top. For a rental device, click the lower button.

you can call the english Customer service under: 089 66 66 30 08 1 Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays.

@maxitron If you have a homespot with 5G than your are the owner of the device.
That would explain why you are unable to send the router back.
If you have an HomeSpot 4G than we should find out where your problem is.
