Router not delivered

Hello. I was waiting for the installation  of my router (new customer) in the indicated date and time sent by email.
They didnt come and I have no way of checking my order status. 
What should I do?

When you got the Welcomeletter for the contract that you’ve ordered, was a router listed there among the contract details?
