My name was not on my mailbox when the router was delivered so it was sent back. I called support and was told that when they receive the router back it will be sent back to me again. It should have arrived back on the 12th of July but I have not received anything yet. Can I get a confirmation of it being sent and a tracking number?

I'm sorry you've been waiting for so long. Our employees had probably tried to contact you again by telephone to check that the address was correct.

I have now arranged for the router to be sent to your address again, the package will be delivered to you as soon as possible with DHL.
