Router missing


Hia. I ordered the 02 my Home L Flex on the 24.07.2022, and I had a technician come to my apartment today. However, I have still not received a router which I thought was a part of the deal? When can I expect the router to arrive? I’m sure you’re aware of the importance of having wifi, so I really appreciate your reply. Thanks :-)

The basic price of the o2 my Home tariffs does not include a router and is therefore not supplied as standard.
Please check your order confirmation to see whether you have ordered a rental router for the corresponding additional charge (according to the price list, a one-time provision price of EUR 49.99 + EUR 9.99 shipping plus monthly rental fee).

@Solv What Technologie you order? I think it is (V)DSL. Buying a used one Router is an option for you? If yes, so buy a Fritzbox model Serie 7520, 7530 oder 7590. Don’t buy a used o2 Homebox, because you can’t activate them on your line.
