Router hardware were not delivered


I’ve ordered connetion and hardware
but the hardware were not delivered, order status in account is Completed. And I dont know how to order another delivery of the router and finish connection

We received your order on October 2, 2024.

Thank you very much for contacting us. I have looked into your case and there has obviously been a delay in the shipping of your router. I am very sorry about that and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

I have informed our employees and asked them to send it to you as soon as possible. You will then be informed again by email about the shipping and the DHL tracking number.

When you have received the router, please let us know again whether everything is working to your satisfaction. We will of course also arrange a credit for the downtime period.

the router was finally shipped today. Unfortunately it took a while and I would like to apologize again for this delay.
