router cant connect to the internet

Hi all, 

My router lost the connection from the morning. The cable light is blinking all the time and the wlan light is on. I call to the support several times, but they reconnect me all the time to the technical support and unfortunately I’m not speaks German. Can you, please, help how to solve this problem as I do not know what else can I do.

How are things looking with your connection? Are you still facing the same issue or have you been able to find a solution? Maybe you know someone that could translate for you, if you had to call the technical support again?
