Returned the router, still got charged 105€ penalty


I initially took the DSL wifi contract, but later changed to cable wifi contract, and despite returning the first router, I still got  charged 105€ penalty, where the amount got deducted on June 18th, I called the customer care too, they said they raised the ticket and I will get the refund within 2 weeks, but still I didn't get my refund back, please help me in this regard
