Hello O2 team,

I requested Home L order cancelation, but it’s still active in my app. I wonder if it’s canceled or not?

You can cancel it within 14 days after online or Hotline order via E-Mail  widerruf@cc.o2online.de. check form for  the Widerrufsbelehrung 

 


I have already called the Hotline and canceled it, but it’s still in the app, so that’s why I’m a bit confused.


@Yoona8 thats good but did you received a conformation email? (Bestätigungsemail)


@RhobarDerIII Nope, no confirmation, no canceled status in the app. Though the previous one was closed by the O2 team without any requests and the new one was opened for whatever reason without my participation. So that’s why I called Hotline and just requested to cancel the whole thing.

I’ve just checked your data and the only DSL order that I could find has been cancelled and an email confirmation concerning this was also sent out. So everything looks fine as far as I can tell.

@o2_Sven Thank you for checking. It was canceled after I requested cancellation for the second time. Also initially I had a cable order, for some reason it was closed (no explanation, no notification, nothing) and new order DSL(why?) was opened, which I didn’t even request. But when I called the hotline, they told me that I have only cable order active and another cable order closed. So confusing. At least now I have them all canceled.
