Request for duplicate cancellation confirmation (Kündigungsbestätigung)

Hello O2 Team,

I recently canceled my O2 contract, but I have unfortunately lost the official cancellation confirmation PDF.

Could a moderator please help me trigger a new copy to be sent to my registered email address or my physical mailbox?

Please let me know when it is safe to send my customer number and personal details via private message.

    What kind of PDF?
    Check your customer portal first; then you'll see if a cancellation has been registered for the contract.

    ​@Bumer Thanks for your reply. I want to switch my provider. And the new provider want me the cancellation confirmation from the old provider. And I already cancel my o2 contract. But my question is now how can I get the cancellation confirmation and send it to the new provider.
