Request for Cable Express Activation (Expressaktivierung) – Fritz!Box 6670 synced

Hello O2 Community Team,

I would like to request an early activation (Expressaktivierung) for my new O2 Cable connection, as the physical installation is already complete.

Here are the details of my setup:

• Router: Fritz!Box 6670 (rented directly from O2)
• Status: The Power/Cable and WLAN lights are both solid green. The router has successfully synced with the network, but it currently shows "Connected without internet."
• Status Email: I received an official email from O2 today confirming that the line installation is completed.
• Original Activation Date: My scheduled date is still 2 weeks away.

Since the hardware is connected, fully synced, and ready, could a moderator please link my O2 rental router's CM MAC address to my contract and trigger the early Express Activation?

(Note: Please send me a private message if you need my customer number, address, or the router's CM MAC address).
