Hi Team,

Its been 2 months since I received the confirmation from O2 that they have received the returned equipments. However, I am yet to receive the amount I was charged for the equipments.

When will I receive the amount back? It is frustrating as there is no email where I can contact nor the shopkeepers entertain this query.

If you are referring to the one-time provision price of 49.99 EUR and the shipping costs of 9.99 EUR: These costs will not be refunded. 


No, I was charged 130 something EUR for the router. And I should get a refund for it.

We have not received the DSL router.
We have charged you 128.28 EUR for it. 
When did you send it to us and to which address?

Please find attached I received from O2 on May 17, 2023 regarding router return. It was sent to the address mentioned on the shipping label email, Wittgensdorf. My sendungsnummer was XXXXXXX.

Please let me know when I will receive the refund.

please don’t post any personal information like your mail address here in the community, as it is a public space viewable from everywhere in the world. Hi Sven,
This is really disappointing service from O2 team. I have provided all the relevant information and O2 service team said that they will reachout to me in private message but it has been 3 weeks now and I am yet to receive any answer back. 

More importantly, it is now 3 months since I returned the modem back, but my refund is still not processed. 

Atleast I expect a reply! Worst is I cannot reply or type a message in private conversation, thus leaving me with no option but to write here. 

Please look into the matter urgently.

the private conversation was only for the exchange of any information that shouldn't be handled out here in the public, aside from that asking here in the thread is the correct way. I’m sorry that it’s taking this long and that you haven’t gotten a response from our logistics department yet, but I can also only ask for your patience, I’ll see if I can find out something more about the return, but in the end this is all handled by logistics and not directly by us.
