refund for having no Internet for ca. 1 week

Hello , from 25th March till 1st April,  due to technical issues i had no Internet at home. 

Why am I supposed to pay the whole bill then? 

I want the refund for those days I had no Internet.  

My contract is to pay for Internet,  not to pay for the days without Internet,  or?
