Than call the Hotline they could send you the Wellcome letter a 2nd time.

The english hotline is out of service currently and when I called the normal hotline didn’t understand a thing from the automatic answer bot xD

Hello @2xbungha, welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you order a landline connection with us one of the irst letters or mails that you should recieve will have the reference “Willkommen bei o2”. In one of its attachments you will find all necessary data to set up your DSL router.

As far as I can see you wer already able to contact our customer service and have this information sent to you. I hope your DSL connection is up and running and working as you expect it? :-)
