Hallo, mein Vertrag sah vor, im ersten Jahr 30 Euro pro Monat und im zweiten Jahr 40 Euro zu zahlen, aber ich habe 3 Monate Zeit, in denen ich 40 Euro bezahle, was bedeutet, dass ich 10 Euro mehr bezahlt habe. Können Sie das bitte beheben?

This is of course not nice that they pay after 3 months 10€ more than it is in the contract. Can you look in your contract if this is true?
Otherwise we have to wait for a moderator only he can help you with contracts and that takes about xx-14 days until a moderator answers, sometimes it goes even faster.

Yes this is true my contract says i pay the first year almost 30€ and the second year almost 40,but this 3 months im paying 40.98€ for no reason,i have this internet 3-4 months there is a mistake in the payment.

it sounds like that your discount got disappeared. Unfortunately, only a moderator can help you with that.

? You have to register with your mobile number to be able to access your customer account. Your forum account is not connected with your customer account.

If you want to manage your contract online, you must first register on o2.online.de. Please go to this page: Registrierung Mein o2 and follow the steps there.
Unfortunately I don’t have your data either, so please let me know if it is a mobile or a landline contract? Have you ordered it online or on the telefone? Did you receive any written information on the monthly payment/discounts?

I tried it but the email i have the contract is this I can't open a new one,also i can log in in google but on the Mein o2 app doesn't work I don't know what's the problem,my phone number is Super Select Saturn and I can't log in with my phone number

before you can login into “mein o2” for your contract, you’ll need to register it. Since you seem to be getting an error with the app, have you tried doing this directly through a browser already?

I am sorry, this was our fault. With the Super Select Saturn Contract it’s not possible to register on our website to use the myo2 selfservice.
In your case you have to use your fixedline number to register first and then its possible to log into “mein o2” for your contract details.
Since a few days have passed by could you give us a brief update an the current sitatuion? Were you able to download the invoice to check if there is a mistake /or a discount missing?
Or do you still need assistance? If so we would love to help you.

Here it is,you can also call O2 in Saturn here in Osnabrück i made the contract there and this is what they gave me,they didn't help me because i couldn't even login in the meino2 app.and im paying 40.98€,and is more than the 2year i should pay as well this is unbelievable.
