I have ordered an o2 internet for my apartment via check24.
My previous internet contract was from Vodafone and I already cancelled a contract (due date is 18 Dec).
Now I got an email that there is problem with my order, but since I am not speaking German I don’t want to resolve the problem via phone conversation.
I tried to check the status of the contract via link in the email. But the link doesn’t work and lead me to 404 page.
How can I get help in English?
