hello, I recently got a prepaid number. I wanted to do the deal of 14.99 for 3 months, only paying 2. I topped up 30 Euro by bank transfer yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation message that it had been credited to my account. But the 30 Euro immediately left my account. Please let me know what I cna do.

I have not received any private message from you yet.
Could you already clarify your concern?

Hi Antje, sorry, I had not checked the responses. The money was credited to the account I believe. The problem is that I recently signed up for o2 DSL and I wanted 2 mobile lines, one for each of my kids. I was only approved for 1 mobile line (not sure why as I recently live in Germany and have good credit history...). So for my other son, I signed up for a o2 prepaid account. Because I have the normal o2 account, I can't make an online account for the prepaid. It recognizes my email as already having an account. Thus I could not pay online through Mein o2 and had to use this more complicated method to top-up the prepaid. Is there are way to add the pre-paid number to my existing Mein o2 account? Eventually I will switch this pre-paid number to a normal contract, once o2 has more trust for me. Thank you!
Hello there!
The Accounts for "Mein o2" are all saved in the same database.
That means that you´d need to use another mail adress in order to get an account up and running.
There is now way to integrate o2 postpaid and prepaid contracts and cards into one account (because the card-specific databases are different), that´s why a different mail adress really seems to be the only option. :(
Viele Grüße,
Kurt
