Hey,
I moved to Germany and I am looking for an internet provider. At my adress there are not many options available so I chose O2 Home S 50. Ordered it 3 times, once using my czech bank account, once Revolut. Then I figured that I may need german one. So I created an account with N26. Got denied also. Always had enough funds available.

One potential problem could also be with using my friends german phone number when ordering, since I dont have one yet and I am not planning on getting one for now.

Now, what steps should I take? What could be the problem? Do I need a phone tariff (-german number) as well? Do I need an account with a different bank? Is there a provider that could “do this better”?

Thank you for your answers and have a great day,
Jakub

Hello @Dreedy ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

If your three orders were rejected, you should have also gotten a letter covering these. Was there any mention of why the orders were stopped? Maybe there is a techical issue that is hindering things?

Kind regards, Sven

Thank you! :)
This is the e-mail I recieved 3 times. From what I understood is that I have to send them a letter asking for reasoning, but you can imagine that is a bit rough for a person that doesnt speak german and just moved here.

Hello @Dreedy, yeah I understand very well that this is irritating.

This email states that you can find out the reason for the rejection. Unfortunately, this will not change the general rejection.

I'm sorry I can't tell you anything else. 😞

Kind regrds, Ines.
