Hi, I have ordered O2 My Home S Flex and it is more than week since the last email. Order was made on 10.4.2023. The email only confirmed my order and inform me about order number.

I have already tried page check status at https://www.o2online.de/vt-order-status/bestellstatus, but it seems, it is not working right now.

Is someone from O2 able to check status of my order if I provide my order number?

I’m sure we’ll find out what’s going on with your order. Is this a completely new contract or are you switching over from a different provider and bringing the phone number along with you? If that is the case, when is the end date of your old contract?

The Bestellstatus Link can be used when you order hardware from us like a smartphone or similar, that page won’t help you with a my Home contract.

Ok, good to know. I got there through guide on https://www.o2online.de/service/.

I forgot to mention, that HomeSpot router should be also part of the order. I do not know if router delivery can be checked by the Bestellstatus Link, but result for my order number is always:

Thank you for your time. I called yesterday to english support line and got DHL tracking number for my package. I already picked it up and set it up.

Unfortunately, I did not get any information about who and when does the delivery. Any tracking number or something. Also, in time of delivery I was at home, but DHL said I was not, and move my package to packstation, but without any notice in mail box, email or text message. Package was already waiting there for 7 days (I almost didn't make it, it stays there for 7-9 days). Also I needed to contact DHL customer service to get pickup code, becouse none was provided to me. Quite frustrating experience.

it’s good to hear that you’ve gotten the package. It’s of course unfortunate that the delivery by DHL wasn’t a very smooth experience. Hopefully if you order anything in the future this won’t repeat itself.
