Offer after ending a contract

Hi, 

 

A few days ago I canceled a DSL contract (ending with 996). The next day I got a phone call from the customer retention department, but they couldn't speak English, and they asked me to write in this forum.

 

Can anyone help me here get a good offer so I won't have to cancel the contract?
