Hello

i have problem with router o2 HomeBox 6742 

Firmware version

4.1.0.92v

The problem is that router every 2-3 days especialy when i’m playing Online is disconnected automaticly and Autorestarting by it self , i made reset , no result

and it takes usualy 10 minutes to connect 

its very annoying and make me angry every time i need to chill at home watching film or playing online !!

any solution please

@Kindeer1 Please call the English speaken o2 hotline (089 6666 300 81) and ask for a free hardware swap because of the defect.

You will get a refurbished Homebox. 
Or wait for an o2 Moderator. He can do this for you too.

I am sorry that your DSL connection is causing problems.

Unfortunately, I do not have the possibility to check your connection, so a call to our customer service is necessary.

It's great that Joe Doe was already able to help you and gave you the number of our English hotline.

There may also be a line problem here, please let our service staff check this out as well.
