Hello @like1314,

That looks like some mistake on our page. I have contacted our IT to check this.

Does this happen while you are connected to your DSL at home via wifi or cable? Or did you try it from another wifi or mobile connection?

I will keep you informed as soon as I have a reply from our IT.

@o2_Giulia Thanks For Everything I managed to solve my problem, I just logged in with a different internet and then when I switched to my DSL internet again, everything started working stably Thanks for the help Giulia Really.
