Since Saturday I have a problem that my Homespot no longer works and I can no longer get an internet connection via it. The Wlan LED lights up green briefly when i restart it, then goes out completely. 
I can no longer access o2.spot/192.168.1.1 to log in or change anything, various LAN cables have had no effect, even pressing the reset button had no effect.

I hope someone can help me here.

The device may be defective. The best thing to do is to contact o2 customer service for a replacement. 

If the device is an o2 rental device, the old device must be returned upon receipt of a new device.
