Hello All,

 

I have orderd new O2 homespt M Flex connection with LTE router. Its been 3 working days but I do not have any inrofmration about my order. Last I got an confirmation mail for my order when I placed an order.

I am also not able to track my order under below link. It does not recognize my order number.

Can anyone help me how can I know the status or track my order ?

O2 site says English hotline is not available at moment.

Did you also look in the spam folder regarding your order confirmation or did you indicate that you would like to have further contract details by mail?

Hello , The same thing happened to me. I ordered O2 HomeSpot with My Home L on 29.09.2022.I made my payment on 6.10.2022 and I got the sim card after few days. But no HomeSpot so far. It’s been 2 weeks. I can not even track the order status. And if I track with my order number there is no information. So now I have to pay for my service without even using it because the sim card is activated.
