O2 Homebox 6742 all lights blue but no WLAN light

Hi,

I have O2 wifi in my apartment which disconnects sometime and I restart it to make it work. However now its not working at all. I cant find the wifi name on my phone or laptop. Im attaching the picture of the homebox lights. What can I do?
