Hi guys,

My home internet connection is not working anymore.

Just the DSL light is on, but not blinking. We tried to reset it, switch off and turn it on again, but it keeps the same. 

What should we do?

We have Mac computers, in case we need to troubleshoot via computer.

If a connection to a WiFi network is not possible there might be different reasons for this.

For example, always make sure tht the WiFi nework is enabled. Many routers offer a WiFi buton that enables to switch off or on the WiFi network. Please also connect to the router via a LAN cable and see if the router interface shows additional information regarding the WiFi network.

You may also try to select different WiFi frequencies or channels since there might be incompatibilities with the used hardware.

How does it look like now? Is it maybe already working again as it should? :-)
