O2 Home cable internet termination submitted on 30.04.2025

Hi,

I have submitted online for the termination of my O2 cable internet on 30.04.2025 to terminate exactly on 30.05.2025. Instead i have received a communication letter from O2 stating that they will terminate it on 30.06.2025.

 

Could you please kindly expedite to terminate the contract on 30.05.2025 as requested.

I could take a look at the duration of your contract, the 24 month duration ends on 29.05.2025, therefore our colleagues could only enter the termination for the 30.06.2025.
