Hi

I have o2 DSL Homebox, my whatsapp call works, but after few minutes, its reconnecting.

This is happening very frequently since last 2 months.

Do you already have inputs for this ?

Also, many times mainly on weekend, the DSL connection goes and comes back.

Which o2 Homebox (6641/6441/6741) and which firmware version?

If the DSL LED does not light up permanently green, there is a problem that you should report via the hotline. Maybe this is also the cause for your whatsapp call problem?

from where do you get this HomeBox?

You rent it from O2 or do you get it e.g. from ebay?

I do not remember which homebox. I will check at home again

DSL LED light starts blinking when the whatsapp call start reconnecting.

Sometimes internet is also gone and comes back again when led starts flashing
