Hi Team,

I have initiated o2 DSL S plan contract termination and i have received acknowledgement and to call the 089 - 78 797 94 59 for confirmation.

Above number is closed and not working

Please provide the email address for the  o2 contact support

o2 does not offer customer service by e-mail.
If you do not wish to cancel by telephone, you can also cancel by letter or fax. In this case, receipt of the cancellation letter by o2 is decisive for compliance with the cancellation period. If you wish, you can use the cancellation form for this purpose. Please fill it out, sign it and send it to the address at the top of the form. The contract will then be cancelled at the end of the agreed contract period.

@o2_Matze currently the shops are closed and printout cannot be taken, the mentioned 089 - 78 797 94 59 number is not working in Corona Krisis.

Please advise how we could terminate ?


The form is not mandatory, all you need is a sheet of paper and a pen. Write your termination request, sign it, put the sheet a paper in an envelope and send to address given on the top of the cancellation form. Do not forget sufficient franking. 


@blablup Thanks for reply, could you confirm that termination letter will be received in Nuremberg office? 

Whether all employees are working from home? How termination request post will be processed? 


If you want to make sure that your letter arrives, you can choose the delivery method "Einwurfeinschreiben”.
The contact centres are in operation. For data protection reasons, few people should be able to work from home. In addition, the inbox with document scanner should be largely automated.

The vast majority of people in Germany continue to work as normal. 


@o2_Matze I have returned my router and received confirmation that o2 team has received and my login shows my contract has been de-activated.

Whether my SEPA auto debit will be terminated as well? could you confirm it?

Yes, your SEPA debit will be termimated after the last invoice you will receive with in the next few days
